Craig Daniels Named CFMA Rising Star

We are excited to announce that Craig Daniels, a Director in our Charleston, WV office, is being honored as a 2024 Rising Star by the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA)Craig is the third member of Brown Edwards' construction team to receive this award, practice leader Billy Robinson was part of the inaugural class in 2021 and Director, David Sheaffer was honored in 2022. 

 

This year marks the 4th class of CFMA Rising Stars, selected from a national group of eligible honorees. To be eligible, the honoree must be under 40 years old, a leader in their community, and have positively impacted their company and the construction industry.

For the past twelve years, Craig has been a key member of the firm, focusing on our Top 50 Construction Accounting practice, earning a Certified Construction Industry Finance Professional (CCIFP) designation, and serving clients in the construction and engineering industries. 

In addition to being an active member of the CFMA, he serves the construction industry as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (WVSCPA), the Contractors Association of West Virginia (CAWV), and the Associated Builders and Contractors of West Virginia (ABC of WV).
