Tim George have joined the partnership.

Laura Sprouse, CPA – Laura is the Firm Administrator and her responsibilities include the Information Technology
and Training areas. She has worked over 18 years in public accounting and offers expertise in training personnel,
automation, and utilization of information technology in the work place. She provides accounting information
system services to a wide range of industry niches including manufacturing, non‐profit organizations, retailers,
and various personal service related organizations. Laura specializes in the selection and implementation of
accounting information systems for both clients and the firm. She is a graduate of Ferrum College with a
Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Financial Management, and Decision Support Systems.
Tim George, MST, CPA, CCIFP – Tim serves in the assurance area of the firm. He specializes in accounting,
taxation and various consulting services for privately held firms in the construction and engineering and design
industries and has extensive experience dealing with employee benefit plans. Tim holds the designation of
Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) for his financial expertise in the construction
industry. Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the West
Virginia Institute of Technology and later received a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Akron.
