Billy C. Gilliam, CPA – Billy has been in public accounting since 1989 after receiving his BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. As a licensed CPA in both Tennessee and Virginia, Billy offers services to a diverse group of clients, both individual and corporate entities, consulting in taxation, auditing, and accounting matters. He is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.
