C. Stanley Bowels II

Stan has over twenty years experience in public accounting with audit and tax experience in employee benefit plans, construction, energy, real estate, retail, country clubs, financial institutions, manufacturing and healthcare. In addition, he served for three years as a corporate controller in the mining industry. His other client responsibilities include business consulting and overseeing numerous monthly accounting engagements. In addition, he is part of our peer review team performing inspections of other firms. Stan serves as area coordinator for our Bristol office and a member of our firm leadership committee. Education and Professional Registration Stan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise (formerly Clinch Valley College) in 1994. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Medical Group Management Association.
