In this first issue, we talk to Chris Banta.  Chris is a partner in our Richmond office and also serves as the leader of the State and Local Government practice area for the firm.  Additionally, Chris is a Certified Fraud Examiner.  Chris gives his thoughts on local governments and the CARES Act, the risks of fraud and what you can do to mitigate those risks.
