# Our Richmond Office Keeps Growing

**OCTOBER 29, 2020**

Brown Edwards is pleased to announce Beth Schulhof has joined the firm as a Tax Credit Specialist in the Richmond, Virginia office.  After graduating from Mary Baldwin College, Beth began her career with a national public accounting firm and subsequently joined a predecessor to Bank of America in commercial lending. After 15 years, she returned to public accounting specializing in various financial incentives for real estate development firms.

Today she focuses on Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs and the Virginia Enterprise Zone program.

“We are very excited Beth will be joining our team.  She brings an important depth of experience and knowledge in two key areas – historic tax credits and enterprise zones.  We look forward to continuing the growth of our Richmond office and Beth supporting all of our markets with her specialized expertise,” says Brown Edwards CEO Jason Hartman.
