Where are you from and where did you grow up?
I am originally from South Carolina. My family moved to Roanoke, Virginia, when I was about ten years old. I visit SC quite often; family is very important to me. My grandmother recently hit a milestone; we celebrated her 100th birthday, so I like to visit as much as I can.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, playing with my dog, boating, hunting and horseback riding. I enjoy going to Smith Mountain Lake and spending quality lake time with family and friends. When summer comes to an end, it is the start of two other hobbies: football and hunting season. I love football and am a HUGE Clemson Tigers fan.
Hawaii!
What is one food you can't live without and why?
Sushi! I don't know why but I just love it!
Why did you choose a career in public accounting and what do you enjoy most about it?
At a young age, I struggled a bit with Math, and my Dad told me to think about numbers as money. Ever since then, Math has come very easy to me. What I enjoy most about public accounting is meeting people in different industries and learning about what they do for a living.
