For the eighth consecutive year, Brown Edwards has been recognized among the nation's leading construction accounting practices, earning a #38 spot on Construction Executive's 2026 ranking of The Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms™. Released in the magazine's September/October 2026 issue, the annual list highlights accounting firms with dedicated construction practices across the country. Construction Executive is a leading source for news, market developments, and business issues affecting the construction industry. In addition to our overall ranking, we continue to have a strong showing for the total number of CCIFPs, with many of our team members holding this designation.
To compile the ranking, Construction Executive surveyed hundreds of U.S. accounting firms with a dedicated construction practice. Firms were evaluated on factors including construction practice revenue, number of construction-focused CPAs, percentage of firm revenue from construction, number of construction clients, office locations with a construction practice, number of CCIFP-certified employees, and years in construction practice.
"Being named to The Top 50 Construction Accounting Firms for the eighth consecutive year reflects our team's deep commitment to the construction industry. The real-world experience and specialized knowledge of our CCIFPs allow us to be involved in every aspect of our clients' financial and operations management. We're proud to serve as trusted business advisors helping construction companies navigate today's complex challenges."
